5. Payment Terms

All invoices must be cleared within the agreed payment period. CALI-LABS reserves the right to suspend services or withhold reports in case of pending payments or non-compliance with financial obligations.

6. Confidentiality

CALI-LABS maintains strict confidentiality of all customer information, test results, technical records, and project details unless disclosure is required by law or regulatory authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability
